How does the AI handle my inbox?

It triages incoming emails, tags intent (billing, support, sales, spam), suggests or drafts replies, and routes conversations to the right teammate or queue.

Which email providers are supported?

Gmail/Google Workspace and Outlook/Microsoft 365. Shared inboxes and aliases are supported.

Does the AI send emails automatically?

You choose. Default is “assist mode” (AI drafts; humans approve). You can enable auto-send for low-risk intents with confidence thresholds.

How long does setup take?

Most teams connect a mailbox and ship their first AI-assisted replies in under 30 minutes. Full policy & integration setup: ~1–2 hours.

Do you offer a trial? How do I cancel?

Yes, a 14-day trial. Cancel anytime from Billing; no questions asked. Annual plans get prorated refunds per policy.

What support is included?
